You will serve as a Command Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in the NAVSEA Logistics Center of NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA. You will be responsible for the development and execution of business and technical projects, the development and utilization of performance metrics, and the implementation of policy in the areas of information assurance, security, and management. You will be required to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization as a key element for success. You will perform all supervisory duties including but not limited to recruitment, staffing, development and management of a unit composed of technical and administrative personnel. You will plan, organize, and direct personnel efforts, and provide applicable training. You will manage a product line business plan, forecast workload, and identify resources requirements.
