Job description
You will serve as an IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) in the US MARINE CORPS INFORMATION COMMAND. Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. All applications received on the day the application limit is reached will be accepted and processed. You will participate in the development of plans for the employment of cyberspace offensive capabilities. You will work to develop "future" cyberspace operations concepts. You will be expected to review, synthesize, and interpret large quantities of information and data to keep abreast of changes and be able to re-orient and operate in a rapidly changing and multi-faceted environment. You will continually monitor incoming intelligence to identify and alert staff members to developments of special urgency or importance.
