Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) mission is to lead the Department of Defense (DoD) in finance and accounting by ensuring the delivery of efficient, exceptional quality pay and financial information. Serves as the primary coordinator for division-level tasking actions within ETMS2 and CATMS. Analyzes technical IT requirements, assigns actions to subject matter experts, and monitors division suspense timelines to ensure 100% compliance. Coordinates, plans, and executes the recurring enterprise IT Open Forum to facilitate technical knowledge sharing and stakeholder collaboration. Aligns technical briefing agendas, synchronizes SME presentations, and tracks action items through resolution. Serves as the Site Collection Administrator for the division’s SharePoint Online portal. Configures user access permissions, enforces document retention settings, and integrates modern web parts to enhance portal functionality. Designs custom, automated approval workflows and digital forms to optimize business processes. Tracks the lifecycle and milestone schedules of Risk Management Framework documentation, continuous monitoring baselines, and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) across system owners.
