Senior Manager, Retention, Product Growth & Monetization Location: Palo Alto, CA About the Job: Reporting to the Head of Product Growth, you will strategize and execute on how we go to market with a product monetization and business model that is aligned with customer value. As Senior Manager of Retention, you'll own the product strategy for improving customer retention across all segments—from fast-growing SMBs to Fortune 500. You'll work cross-functionally to identify points of friction, build proactive sales plays, and ensure customers are satisfied and continue to grow with Rubrik. This high-impact role is responsible for driving customer loyalty and reducing churn by partnering with teams like Product, Renewals, Support, Data and Sales to identify churn signals and scale re-engagement tactics.
