About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade, Operations Support Element (OSE), located in San Antonio, Texas. Serves as a Cyber Solutions Developer (CSD) with the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade, Operations Support Element (OSE). Plans, coordinates, and leads one or more specialized research and development project teams that are developing capabilities in support of Joint and National Cyberwarfare requirements. Provides technical guidance, advisory support, leadership, and assistance on projects and/or major phases for broad and varied operations. Participates on multi-service and multi-agency cyberspace working groups to support the development of National, DoD, and Army cyberspace requirements documentation and capability development, assessment, and fielding plans.
