About the Position: Incumbent implements the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) cybersecurity program to ensure IT infrastructure is operational, secure, and compliant with applicable MTF, Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Defense (DoD) and higher-headquarters policies. Develop and implement local security procedures and protocols governing network operations. Maintain the overall cybersecurity compliance posture of Military Treatment Facility network nodes and end-user devices. Respond to reported security breaches and take appropriate action to minimize harm to the Military Treatment Facility information systems. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement security measures, resolve technical issues, and meet mandated reporting requirements. Oversee and monitor the Military Treatment Facility's Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) compliance and extension program. Operate as the primary liaison between the Military Treatment Facility and central Program Management Offices (PMOs) for the secure integration and continuous monitoring of enterprise Program of Record (POR) systems.
