This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for OPM DHA for Information Technology Management (INFOSEC) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the IT Program Manager (InfoSec) for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO),Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), VA. Serve as the primary IT Security Manager for systems operating at Arlington National Cemetery. Initiate actions to improve cybersecurity posture. Ensure users have appropriate access authorization. Maintain standard operating procedures concerning system security. Serve as principal advisor on matters relating to the vulnerabilities and threats to cyber environment. Implement audit measures to ensure activity compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead technical team through formal incident response processes. Provide technical input to help increase understanding of issues involved in computer security incidents.
