The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the IT Systems Specialist responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing IT systems to align with the unique business requirements of customer organizations, encompassing project management, program management, acquisitions oversight, risk management, and customer engagement. DUTY 1: Coordinates and manages the overall service provided to a customer end-to-end. DUTY 2: Manages the IT planning process to ensure that developed solutions meet customer requirements. DUTY 3: Develops and evaluates project costs, design concepts, or design changes. DUTY 4: Incorporates appropriate information security requirements to support acquisitions, procurements, and outsourcing efforts. This is a GG-12 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-12 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-12 level.
