The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise administrative and technical authorities within the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP). Serves as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to the Director, Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP), and provides leadership to all phases of the organization's work. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on the management of crowd-sourced cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Develops and implements INFOSEC policies and solutions for VDP.
