Oversees, guides, and directs assigned ALCC subordinate workforce; establishes performance standards, evaluates employee performance, and identifies training and developmental needs to improve operational efficiency. Manages, coordinates, and leads office work to plan, design, and execute program management for the integration of ALCC efforts with Enterprise Risk Management, Operations, Plans, Exercises, and Mission Assurance. Develops and maintains DLA-wide cyber policies, processes, procedures, business rules, and rules of engagement across DLA IT environments, forming coalitions and working groups with agency stakeholders. Serves as primary interface between J6 Audit and ALCC, ensuring Audit Readiness compliance, managing Plan of Action and Milestones (POA Ms), After Action Reports, and conducting strategic industry/DOD partnerships. Serves as technical authority for cyber risk management, identifying and sustaining Key Cyber Terrain (KC-T), Mission Relevant Terrain-Cyber (MRT-C), Defense Critical Infrastructure, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
