Job description
This position serves as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/INFOSEC), located in the Department of Justice, Chief Information Officer, Service Delivery Staff, Enterprise Device Management Directorate in Washington, DC. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior technical and program lead within Enterprise Device Management, supporting enterprise, mobility, voice, carrier, and services across the Department. The duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/INFOSEC) GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Leads cross-organizational projects and programs involving technology modernization, system migrations, component transitions, service improvements, technology pilots, and operational readiness. Conducts advanced planning, systems engineering, configuration management, project management, compliance reviews, and quality assurance activities. Directs enterprise architecture strategies for mobility, voice communications, carrier services, endpoint technologies, cloud capabilities, infrastructure, and related enterprise services.
