You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) in the U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, Far East (NCTS FE) of NCTSFE DET IWAKUNI JAPAN. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will responsible for supporting NCTS FE Detachment Iwakuni and OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net) users onboard Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Iwakuni including tenant commands. You will ensures that the appropriate operational security posture (e.g., network and system security, physical and environmental protection, personnel security, incident handling, security training and awareness) is implemented and maintained. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders - up to the leadership level - on a daily basis to interpret and provide service offerings to meet requirements, resolve emerging issues and perform periodic audits and inspections.
