WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Lead IT Cybersecurity Specialist, you will: Lead the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) team by communicating organizational strategy, mission, and priorities; assigning and managing work; coaching staff on problem-solving and work methods; and balancing workloads to ensure timely completion of objectives. Serve as the principal cybersecurity and information security lead, coordinating the implementation and enforcement of security policies, integrating security programs, assessing system and network designs for risks, overseeing incident response activities, and ensuring compliance with security requirements.
