This vacancy is for a GS-2210-14, IT Cybersecurity Manager (PLCYPLN-INFOSEC) located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM DIVISION -CG-683 in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. You will serve as an IT Cybersecurity Manager (PLCYPLN-INFOSEC) and be responsible for managing information technology projects. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Developing and maintaining Investment Business Cases and Standard Investments throughout the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) processes to support total cost of ownership analyses and transition planning.. Collaborating with the Requirements Manager to manage alignment between requirements and PPBE/CPIC processes. Coordinating with the Program Manager the impacts of acquisition risk or missed acquisition milestones to the investment, and recommends a plan of action.
