This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in the Department of Defense to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: In this position, you will install, secure, and maintain IT systems, resolve hardware/software issues, implement critical security updates, and ensure mission readiness. Resolve hardware and software interface or interoperability problems to ensure system functionality. Implement corrective actions in response to identified security events or system vulnerabilities. Perform the installation, testing, and maintenance of computer hardware and software systems. Manage the integration of system fixes, updates, and security enhancements to maintain system integrity. Apply information security policies and practices in the operation and maintenance of assigned systems.
