Job description

This position is located in the Department of Justice (DOJ), National Fraud Enforcement Division ("Fraud Division"), Office of Information Technology (OIT). OIT fully supports the Division in the areas of Information Technology, Security, Communications, End-User Support, Application Services, and Program Management. OIT provides IT program services to Fraud Division personnel across 94 federal court districts on behalf of approximately 600 federal employees and contractors. This position serves as the Deputy Director for IT Security to lead and enhance the Division's information security strategy. The incumbent will ensure that the IT security system complies with regulatory requirements, respond promptly to any potential computer system threats, and provide a hands-on approach when necessary.
