About the Position: You will serve as an Information Technology Specialist (Information Security/Customer Support) for Military Treatment Facilities at Naval Hospital Rota, located on Naval Station Rota, Spain. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Serves as Information System Security Manager (ISSM ) and cybersecurity SME overseeing all Military Treatment Facility (MTF) cyber operations and compliance. Conducts system audits, inspections, incident response, and reports to required DoD/DHA agencies. Ensures personnel clearances, training, IA Workforce certifications, and provides user security training. Reviews and approves system, network, and software changes; recommends security improvements. Oversees and manages the Customer Service program, ensuring alignment with organizational mission, vision, and goals. Improves business processes by developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), enhancing teamwork, and implementing efficient, outcome-focused practices. Ensures quality, integrity, and responsiveness of customer support, adjusting resources to meet user needs and resolve bottlenecks Uses ticketing data to monitor service performance, identify issues, and initiate or recommend corrective actions.
