About the Position: Serves as the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) G6 Cyber Security Principal Technical Lead serves as the Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) and principal cyber advisor for USASOC. Formulate strategic management plans and operational initiatives to optimize resource allocation and support USASOC's specialized warfighting capabilities. Collaborate with military leadership and multi-disciplinary civilian teams to implement innovative, high-performance workforce solutions across the command. Analyze business processes, program metrics, and operational readiness data to identify systemic efficiencies and recommend strategic leadership improvements. Draft implementing guidance, policy documents, and executive reports to ensure compliance with Department of War regulatory standards and operational objectives.
