About the Position: Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Bethesda, MD 20889. Standard 40-hour workweek occurring within the 0600-1800 core operating window. This position is in a primary professional office setting. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Lead the development, implementation, and daily execution of the MTF Cybersecurity Program. Provide authoritative technical recommendations regarding risks and mitigation strategies. Oversee the security posture of clinical, administrative, and infrastructure systems. Manage the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle for all command information systems by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF authorization packages. Review RMF documentation, including System Security Plans and Security Assessment Reports. Coordinate with headquarters organizations, vendors, and external agencies to resolve issues and ensure system capabilities align with mission objectives.
