Serves as Chief, Network Operations Division, with continuing total authority and responsibility for managing DLA network management functions / services for both DLA classified and unclassified networks located CONUS and OCONUS. Serves as the principal advisor to DLA on technical aspects of network management and provides local and enterprise level network management support functions for the Agency, including administrating routers and firewalls.
