You will serve as an IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN) in the U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND. Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. All applications received on the day the application limit is reached will be accepted and processed. You will configure and manage application, print, file, and database servers. You will diagnose system failures to isolate source of problems between equipment, networks, systems software, and applications systems and track failures and corrective actions. You will interpret new or revised command policies and objectives to determine their impact on current systems and future plans. You will direct and monitor the installation, configuration, and consolidation of servers and services. You are required to have information technology (IT) related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following nine competencies, as defined: Attention to Detail-Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.…
