Join the Office of Information Security (OIS) service line under OIT & be part of VA's digital transformation. OIS manages VA's cybersecurity program to protect Veteran data & VA information systems. Delivers enterprise-wide strategy, policy, governance, & network defense through collaboration with VA & OIT. As a Supervisory IT Specialist in OIS, you will enhance the security posture & resilience of VA's IT systems & data & protect the privacy & trust of Veterans & their families. Major Duties: Manages the development of information security strategic and program planning, the conduct of AIS operational analysis and assessment of ISO activities and management of district implementation, maintenance, coordination, consistency and control of VA facility automated information systems security operations and/or modified modifications. Provides leadership, guidance, and assistance to subordinates in solving problems of a policy or administrative nature.
