This vacancy is for a GS-2210-13, Information Technology Cybersecurity Specialist (CUSTSPT) located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, BASE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION, C5I Department, Learning and Media Services Division, in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. You will serve as an Information Technology Cybersecurity Specialist (CUSTSPT) and be responsible for supporting service development, delivery, training, technical assistance, and customer support for Coast Guard Headquarters-wide communications, audio-visual, multimedia, graphics, digital tools, and related Learning & Media Services functions. In this role, you will support a division that develops communication products aligned with organizational priorities and executive messaging, advances digital transformation efforts, recommends and implements innovative digital tools and emerging technologies, supports creative media services, and provides productivity resources that improve customer service across departments. .
