The primary purpose of this position is to to serve as the IT Specialist and Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for B-21 Raider program, implement, manage, and provide expert technical oversight for the cybersecurity of all information systems, networks, and infrastructure with the Special Access Program. Serves as the subject matter expert and Information System Security Officer for the B-21 program. B-21 Network Infrastructure Security and External Coordination. Provides authoritative technical guidance for the stand-up, bed-down, and secure operation of the network infrastructure across all MOB 1 locations. Serves as the Communications Security (COMSEC) Manager for all cryptographic activities including managing the Cryptographic Access Program (CAP). Provides customer technical assistance, training and support.
