Job description
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is a separate Agency of the Department of Defense (DoD) under the direction, authority, and control of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (USD (I&S)). This position is designated as a Tier 1 Defense Intelligence Senior Level (DISL) within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Portfolio Acquisition Executive Office, and reports to the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE). The incumbent serves as the Capability Portfolio Executive, National Industrial Security System Increment II (NI2)on behalf of the Department of War and other federal agencies. The incumbent provides technical oversight over the design, architecture, and integration of the Industrial Security (IS) modernization to applications for DCSA's system of record for Entity Vetting, Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) risk management, and National Industrial Security Program (NISP) oversight.
