The primary purpose of this position is: To serve the Director of Information Protection (IP) and theNGB A2/6S Branch Chief for the Compliance and Training Branch for HQ Air National Guard (ANG)and Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC). Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of ANG IPO, ensuring that the command collateral security program complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets the needs of ANG Wing and unit commands and members. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and protection objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Plans and schedules work effectively and efficiently. Assigns work to subordinate employees based on organization priorities and consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments such that the experience, training, and abilities of staff are effectively utilized to meet organizational and customer needs.
